Fruits

Fruits for Arthritis Patients

Vitamin C-rich fruits are good for patients with arthritis. Blackberries, kiwi fruits, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, mangoes, cantaloupe, melon, apples, etc., are suitable for inflammatory arthritis.

Vegetables

Vegetables for Arthritis Patient

Vegetables high in vitamin A and Vitamin C are good for Inflammatory Arthritis. Carrots, Squash, Sweet Potatoe, Spinach, Kale and collard greens, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels, sprouts, etc., are suitable for arthritis patients.

Nuts and Seeds

Nuts and Seeds that are rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids and high in Vitamin E are best for arthritis patients.

Unsalted nuts like walnuts, brazil nuts and almonds and seeds like sunflower, linseeds and pumpkin seeds.

Oily Fish
